  This EBAY seller was a pleasure to deal with...I truly hope we cross paths again. The item item description was pretty accurate...as stated in the listing the turntable powered on and the platter rotated but upon closer inspection when I received it the speed was way off. I don't care because I needed the unit for some other parts to facilitate a repair. The item was priced fairly for what it was and all is good.
