  The coffee pot was exactly what I ordered. When the shipping had to be changed the seller contacted me asking if it was OK to use another shipper. The package arrive packed in a outer box. The original box had many layers of bubble wrap protecting everything inside. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Thank you.
