The item was as described (brand new and in original packaging), shipped quickly, and the seller reached out afterwards to make sure all went well with my purchase/item.     The iPad was received in “new condition” with all the advertised accessories and shipping was very fast. When I inquired about pricing, the seller responded very quickly and although did not price match with a much larger vendor, they did (quickly) provide a small discount. Overall, very happy with this seller.

    When I received it, I thought it was not new because it was missing the plastic shrink wrap. I contacted the vendor, who responded within minutes and explained that it is how Apple is now shipping its devices (without the plastic wrapping). As long as the box tear tabs were intact, then it is new. I verified and he was correct. I really appreciated his very prompt response. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

    I would like to share that I ordered a Purple M3 IPad Air 512gb with connectivity. Ari sent me a message, letting me know that the Purple was out of stock but he could ship a one in the color Gray or he would give me a refund for the order. I choose to go with the Gray instead of the refund. My IPad was delivered after some issues with FedEx. It arrive brand new sealed in excellent condition. I would purchase from Ari again. Great Job.
