Not very familiar with the KES brand, however, it appears to be well made, looks good, and smooth operation. I like having a pop up drain also - simplifies the installation and "unclutters" the appearance of a sleek design - plus, I rarely use it anyway..... Hopefully replacement valve are available- and not required very soon - but even so, for the money, it's a good deal.... Thank you <><
