To start with a point to Improve, the pictures, if you do them a little bit better, I think it Improves your sales. If the coat would show less wrinkles I'd seen rightaway that it was a new one. Other than that, communication 10/10, quality 10/10, Shipping was a bit long, but that was due to Christmas and NewYear, so not to the seller. I'm completely happy. Nice to do business with you.
