  The item was as described, but in the complete description it is stated that there is a crutial piece not included. The instructions were very not helpful, and regardless, the item arrived damaged in shipping because it was not secured properly. Buyer did, however, honor their return policy, but I overall feel that this item is subpar, to say the most. I doubt it could ever really be used as intended.
