    I want to emphasize my issue here is with the gross lack of communication with this seller. I placed my order on March 19th. The status showed I would receive the item by March 27th. Nothing arrived as stated. On April 1st, I contacted the seller via eBay to find out if I could cancel the order at this point. The seller then reached out, saying they were out, and offered me a duvet set other than what I ordered. This should have happened weeks prior! I decided to place my order elsewhere.

    l can't say enough about this business, because my package was lost about 3 weeks and my post office had new workers doing the Holiday and we found my package in our neighbor yard. long story short this business was willing to resend the order over. on a scale of 1-10 they will always get a 10 from me.
