Eventually I did receive the item & it is in good shape, but I honestly believe I would not have it now, if I had not opened a case with EBay. Purchased on 12/31 & told him it was important for an event. Did not get shipped until 1/11, the day I opened the case & received past the time for the occasion for which it was needed. In the meantime got excuses & promises, none of which happened.
