  good price and quality .. shipping fast and well packed .. only thing is better instructions as to installing them ...still can't lock the in position fully but not a big problem .. get on ' Utube' for any questions ... these are 1/3 price of factory ones and are nearly the same...and look good

  I bought some crossbars for our vehicle from this seller that was highlighted under the "Guaranteed Fit" program. Unfortunately, they do not fit and the seller won't honor the "Guaranteed Fit" program and tell me that if I opt to return them I must pay for return shipping as improper fit is a personal choice. Huh? I had 5 people other than myself attempt installation without success. Totally unprofessional and won't bother shopping from again.
