  SHOCKLINGLY BAD. Ordered an AEG seal. Recieved a unbranded, un packaged loose seal with incorrect fittings and size. Does not fit the AEG as stated. Took a week to arrive and poorly packaged. Looks like cheap universal one. Seller slow & unhelpful. Doesn't believe me , asks for pictures, pictures already sent, what's more pictures. Sends me a return label that didn't work, previously used I would guess, then tells me to drop in the postbox as a return to sender and take pic of me posting.

  Bit of a problem with the courier delivering the item late and it looked like Ace Ventura had handled it (I've got a package, people!) but the dispatch was timely and, ultimately and surprisingly, the item was undamaged and as described. Great seller service but poor courier service.

  Part arrived on time. Not as pictured in the listing. I believe an alternative part has been supplied - the label says Premium Quality. I believe the source is Leader Spare Parts - not sure. Don't be misled that this is a SAMSUNG supplied part. Asked the seller who manufactures the part they supplied but no response.
