    This could not have gone any worse! Here is a summary of my experience with this seller: 1. I never received the item as described. 2. The seller is unwilling to send the item to me, and the seller is not understanding this simple fact that the wrong item was sent. 3. The item arrived very late. 4. Not only was the wrong item sent and received, it arrived damaged. 5. The seller expressed doubt that the item arrived damagted. 6. The fragile drumhead was shipped with minimal protective packaging
