  All-in-all things ended well. Unfortunately the shipping carrier (USPS) decided to use Amazon for their endpoint delivery and then forgot they had used Amazon!!!. USPS STILL shows the delivery to Amazon as the date it was delivered to me (12/26/24). In reality, Amazon finally delivered it on 1/3/25, causing me to go through endless loops of trying to track a lost delivery down.
