Good points - communication was good and swift. The item was well packed and exactly as described. Bad points - it arrived two weeks late. I had to chase a couple of times. The tracking numbers (two different ones, one after another) did not register at all and the item was eventually delivered by Evri rather than Royal Mail so that was confusing. At one point I genuinely doubted the order would be fulfilled. Not a great experience but it was all fine in the end.

I’ve found out that I was wrong - Royal Mail did deliver, not Evri but the tracking numbers not working was a problem. Had they worked,my rating would have been positive and not neutral.

Ordered 26th dec, didn’t arrive by 6th jan contacted and they said they’d send another out… nothing happened, I contacted eBay who gave them til 10th to sort, seller messaged me on 9th to say it was on its way. They gave no tracking details and still nothing arrived by 15th I got back on to eBay… seller had no proof of postage so refunded my £98 for Knitpro interchangeable set. Bad customer service wouldn’t use these guys again. Bought of Amazon instead! Arrived next day!
