Seller sent another after a conversation. That head came worse than the first. Look like it had been ripped out of the printer with no care. The circuit board was detached from the flat ribbon cables inside. Seller offered to send a third head which i declined since the heads should have been inspected and tested before shipment. Seller was great with communication.
