    Poor communication, no follow up, clearly not someone who should be operating a business!!! Sent it COD for freight which was listed as FREE. The post office would not give me the paid item because this seller tried to double dip me! Shame on them!!! An affront to what used to be an eBay with integrity! Since NEVER recieved the item, I am unable to speak for its’ condition, but I paid instantly & 3 days shy of a month later I still have no goods or refund!!! This is a dishonest seller!

    I had a positive experience in that I received the item on time; There was nothing wrong with the item perse, but the warming tray was smaller than I expected, based on the online pictures. The seller did pay for returning the item, which I appreciate, therefore making it overall a posotive experience.
