    Aside from the vacuum being dirty and the packaging being trash from the bottom of a paper shredder, including, sharp plastic pieces, Ziplocs, tape, paper, etc., etc...The seller was quick to respond, willing to bargain and shipped fast. Item worked as advertised. My wife was very happy to get her favorite small/portable vacuum back. For that alone, I'm happy...

    I clean everything I sell other than used Auto Parts. If an item is sold "not cleaned or washed" that would be stated in the listing. For 23 yrs I have been recycling junk mail, literature. mags & cardboard--and using that for packing. If you ck my shipping prices compared to others; I'm usually cheaper. I do-not-wish to charge the buyer for shipping supplies. Its strange that this is the 1st complaint I've had. You can't please everyone!. I'm amazed he didn't complain about the new box

    I don't recall if when I purchased it the size was mentioned, but it is about half the size of the one I purchased 20-30 years ago. Seller was quick to ship, and item was well packed and carton undamaged. I'd recommend this seller to anyone...!

    Let's see. How is it my fault if they changed the design from 20 to 30 years ago? Feedback should NOT be neutral, it should be positive! Buyer asked NO questions.
