    A reasonable transaction- no communication from seller when item did not arrive. 4" x 4" box for a dozen screws probably contributed to late arrival. A First Class envelope would have been cheaper - and faster

    Very sorry that USPS took so long to deliver your Item. We did communicate with USPS, trying to find out why the item was being delayed. Their answer was, that it was running late. Sorry we did not respond to you, until today, that finally it was delivered. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Item arrived as described. There was a several day delay in shipping which was absolutely NOT seller's fault. However, because this was a gift, I messaged seller to try and find a solution, even offering to ship back at my expense. Seller ignored and never replied. Even if seller had declined my request, I would have understood but to just not reply is poor communication.
