    Sold very expensive candles advertised as 7-day burn time. In reality they are 4.5 days burning time. This interrupted a very important 7-day family prayer vigil. Seller then hesitated to make things right, instructed me to light a SECOND candle to confirm rate of burn. Same thing: almost half the candle in only 48 hours. Then, demanded that I remove candle from the prayer lamp I am using. Bossy and demanding... I suggest you stop advertising these as 7 day burn.... and stop bullying your buyers

    We tried very hard to address the issue with the customer but not until he sent me a picture of the glass candle in an additional glass container i realize why the candle wasn't burning as expected. If they instructions are not followed you wont get the desired result. I asked the customer to please remove the glass container from the second glass for maximum result he said i am being Bossy and demanding which i never did. This bad review was left because he didnt get $50 back form the candles

    Thanks for being an honest seller. Tried to buy this on Poshmark as new & it was obviously used, missing the box & the plastic cover was from a used plastic bag. Your makeup is new in great condition. Love that it has the original box. Great price! Packaging was awesome! Thanks so much!
