Well & carefully packed with express delivery by AustPost. Everything advertised are included and delivered. Quality/Price is uncompetitively high. This PC runs very smooth and quiet; even with HDD. It was packed exceptionally well and protected as best it could be without being in original packaging and was probably better. Desktop had a couple of minor software issues which were quickly sorted with assistance and excellent communication from Michael. Now really happy with the PC and it is a major step up from the unit it replaced. Whilst it's not the latest tech it looks and now runs great. Thanks
