    Drone was listed and described as an 640T V3 enterprise bundle. I received a 640T rugged bundle. When I contacted seller they informed me the price I paid was for a rugged bundle. They admitted that the listing had an error and has since fixed it. They did offer for me to return the drone. I have decide to keep the rugged bundle I received. The seller is responsive and answered questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to powering up the drone and doing its first flight soon!

    Can’t say enough good things about this seller, purchased this item and it arrived damaged, not the sellers fault, UPS Destroyed the box so item was damaged, quickly reached out to the seller and they responded immediately, seller was very helpful to make it right, they offered replacement or refund I chose refund since I won’t purchase another right now, full refund was quickly issued after item was returned, when I decide to buy again I will buy from this seller with confidence thank you

    Very helpful staff, went out of there way to to help me get my product before Christmas, and did, drone in perfect condition and got before latest delivery date, on negative was I paid p&p from us, but drone had to be posted from china and had to pay extra €200 on customs, other than that every thing positive, staff at autel were excellent and went out of there way to help me get my drone, much appreciated
