    This was packaged extremely well better then I thought it would be. I was a little disappointed in the delivery time as it was supposed to come couple days before it did but we just had some snow so I won't hold that on them. I have hooked it up and it's working like its supposed to so I'm extremely happy and I would recommend this to any family member or friends. I'm always on a budget and this one was the cheapest one out there that I have found. The description was spot on with what it comes.

    Disappointing: Ordered a backup battery for our Litheli pole saw. The listing shows an off-white one, that is like all the ones we have ever seen and is also just like ours. They shipped us a dark grey one. Now I'm the joke of the H.O.A. with my mis-matched battery. The sellers response when we asked why was the color wrong: we ship you what they ship us, deal with it We assume it is a genuine one, but the response was disappointing.     Hello, LiTHELi, the manufacturer recently changed the shade of color ever so slightly on their replacement batteries, and we were not aware of this. Our products are sealed from the factory, so we had no idea this had happened. This buyer was reported & blocked for harassment. His last lovely message to us "So basically you are telling me that I'm stuck being gay while using it? I've even noticed that I'm holding the pole saw with a slightly limper wrist style now."
