  When I received the product, the tips were broken. I don't know how it occurred (packing it up, shipping, or mishandled by carrier). I contacted the seller, and they sent a replacement piece with no problem at all.

  Very nice quality. Unfortunately the carbon fiber color is more silver gray than my other carbon fiber parts. Seller was very helpful in the return process.
