  The part damaged and broken.. contact cellar to replace the part. Was told that I would have to pay shipping for the return and shipping for them to send me a new part out. Even though the damage that was done to the park was no fault of my own. The seller also contacted asking me to remove the broken piece screwing the screws out and they were just send me that piece. The whole part needs to be replaced. The customer service from the seller is not professional in honorary. Be careful.
