Excellent repair service! Seller repaired my 2012 Kia Optima's ECM and returned it back to me in 7 days. The dealership quoted $2k for a new ECM, so I saved a lot by having it repaired. This repair required no reprogramming since it was my original ECM. ECMs rarely fail on their own, so be sure to identify the cause of the failure before reinstalling your repaired unit. In my case, brittle ignition coil wiring allowed a short to form between the grounded wire shielding and the core conductor.

Horrible service and communication. I've done quite a few of these with different, for the whole transaction it took less than a week. 2 weeks later I still don't have it. It still has not been mailed to us. I should have just bought a used one for $75 on eBay. This is the second time we contacted the seller, the first time he said to just check the tracking but there was no tracking number with it.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. I sent in my computer to be fixed and received it back with the same code it had previously and actually a few more it didn't have. I contacted them and asked them to warranty it again, paid shipping a second time to then be told my truck was the issue (even though I replaced my computer with a known working one and my issue was solved and also provided video of it fixing the issue). Now I can't receive a refund because they claim my wiring harness is at fault.

We are the number rebuilder especially for these 98-02. We repair hundreds of these units a month. We have test trucks and 100% accurate simulators, also the tech that fixes these units only fix these units which make repairs way more accurate. Units are test numbers times before the unit shipped back to assure a quality product. Everybody on Ebay has a magical computer that works, but this is not fixing the root cause of the problem in the vehicle which we help the customer pinpoint.
