    The item from the seller was delivered quickly, and the packaging was very good. The item came as pictured but the chrome was not very good. It looks like it has scratches on it (but doesn’t). I tried to buff out the blemishes and was somewhat successful. I then sprayed it with clear paint and installed it on my license plate and then the vehicle. Holes for mounting were spot on. I did not contact the seller but believe they would have exchanged or refund my money. I did not have to pay for ship
