  The seller listed a nice more expensive item, but he shipped another of way less value, maybe trying to make a larger profit!! i call it fraud or lying when you show a photo and have details on a item for a Strikemaster ice auger, but the item you shipped is far from it and costs way less and not even that brand!! When you receive a totally different item then requested, I CALL THAT stealing/ deceiving to make a larger profit!! My black auger is orange, and the handle is far different!

  Yikes. We clearly explained that this was an honest shipping mistake. We carry several different models of these augers and the wrong one was accidentally shipped. While this is an inexcusable mistake, we do not appreciate you lobbing accusations of "fraud", "stealing/deceiving" in your rambling negative review after we have talked with you at lengths about this.
