Thanks to automobilelife's excellent fast-dispatch - the lights arrived 5 days prior to the advised due delivery date. I can tell you that they are a brilliant piece of kit, and well good value. Contacted for a resolution they stalled with pointless questions, finally offering me a third of the original purchase price, saying I could keep their product (clearly they didn’t want it back knowing what a poor quality item they had sent me in the first place). The worst Customer Service I’ve experienced. As if their disgraceful offer wasn’t bad enough, I would only receive the refund AFTER leaving them POSITIVE FEEDBACK. BLACKMAIL! 😡
