    Part arrived broken due to poor packaging during shipping. Seller responded relatively quickly asking me to send pictures and close the return so he could replace the part on his own, and not just refund me as eBay would require. Never having used eBay before, I did as he asked. If I knew that was going to prevent me from having any recourse, I wouldn’t have done it. It’s now been 5 days, multiple msgs, no response from him and I’m out almost $100 and still have no part. Do NOT use this seller!
