    I gave them 5 stars for the great communication and they worked with me on getting a refund. Item is brand new. But just the seal puller is not what i had hoped for quality wise. The shaft broke from the tip of the puller. Im sure they have other tools they sell that are higher quality than the one i received. Otherwise, seller is highly recommended. Absolute positive experience.

    Sent me a defective tool that never worked right out of the box, requested a return and they refused ,eBay closed the case and didn't give me a reason . Tried to appeal and can't appeal cause case is closed. I don't recommend this seller, stay away or you may become a victim like me.
