  appreciated they took a lower price/best offer and we were able to negotiate a fair price. great in that aspect and think that's a strong trait; bag was used as described surprised it wasn't a little more clean on arrival but nothing we can't clean up however, the shipping is way too high. asked them to lower it or send a small refund and got no answer. otherwise no issues
