    Die Ware wurde am 20.03. bestellt und am 02.04. versendet (elektronische Vorankündigung durch DHL). Offenbar kam es beim Versand-/Transportunternehmen zu Problemen. Dank sehr engagiertem und persönlichen Kontakt durch die Verkäuferin konnte das Problem behoben und umgehend eine Ersatzlieferung veranlasst werden. Die Ware ist am 15.04. heil und unversehrt und wie bestellt als originale Neuware eingetroffen.
