  I never communicated with the seller which is a good thing because he never gave me a reason for me to contact him he shoped out my order the same day i placed it and although shipping was pretty slow it took about a week or 2 I live in Austin Tx thats is in no way the sellers fault. Shipping time is out of the sellers hands. the item was brand new unopened and works great and half the price of what the same exact model is selling on Amazon so overall it was a great buy!
