    The items were shipped in original packing container from creamery. Item was exactly as described in the listing and the photos were accurate. The value is unmatched for parts as buying them new or used individually would have cost more. I am building a new printer from spare parts so this was a huge upsell for me to buy this.     I really like AY_Tech, my package arrived damaged, and they worked with me to resolve the issues caused by mishandling in shipping. I believe that the 3d printer was accurately described and is of good value for the price. The packaging does need a bit more attention. I suspect that some of the screws may have fallen out due to damage to the box. No fault of the seller.
