  I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication came into play. One day I'm told my purchase had been delivered and it hadn't. (FedEx issue?) Due to work I could not follow up. A few days later I got a message from seller apologizing for lost shipment and told I'd get refund because it was last one. Since this is my first ebay experience I thought I'd been scammed. Luckily I DID get refund, but I'm not sure I'll go with eBay again.
