    This seller is a liar. When you buy his items, he deliberately says that they cannot be delivered to the order address, and then asks you to cancel the order, so that he can deduct part of your payment.

    Chinese customer shipping to a freight forwarder, he refused to fill out an End-user statement and asked for the sale to be canceled. It is stated in the listing clearly in red that you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You speak English well, so I assume you can read it as well. So ask yourself, who really is the liar here? You didn't read the listing prior to buying and you wasted our time and resources 20% was reasonable considering the time you wasted.
