  I’ve been shopping here for quite some time and their service never seems to surprise me. For, trinkets to personal request for items from Japan. They can do it all. Shipping was fast, less than 1.5 weeks with packaging that is protected quite carefully. The item itself if always intact with no signs of damage caused by shipping. In addition, item is as described like on the listing and pricing is always fair in today’s economy. Highly Recommend: Go buy something for yourself!

  The figurine was exactly as described, well-secured, & received without any problems. The figurine was actually a preorder & was released on February 14th overseas in Japan. The seller managed to deliver as promised. The figurine's actually larger in size that I thought, as the item listing's pictures seemed to indicate that it was rather small. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the purchase & look forward to dealing with this seller again in the future. Highly recommended & reasonable price. S++

  Seller is very good at answering questions and giving feedback, a little delay was made due to 1st shipping package needed repackage, it was immediately sent back and repackaged with lots of cushion, Item arrived as if it had just teleported nicely from seller to destination, very lovely message and origami paper with instructions on how to make it too, I am amazed with this seller and their kindness for going out of their way to make sure a customer feels relief during inconvenience 100/100

  Seller took to long to dispatch, in his description it says handling’s time 0-5 days. Okey, he said it in advance. Waited 10 days, nothing is happening, the only action that happened was a refund. No respond, no nothing, afterwards gave me the refund and that's all. I had seller also from Japan with similar issues. They said there was damage on a similar item, with pics, pics in file below. They needed time for a new replacement. This seller did nothing, he deletes bad feedback.
