  I purchased a used dress for my daughter. It was described as being in “Excellent used condition! No flaws!” However when it arrived, it had pen and marker in several spots. I contacted the seller, who suggested I initiate a return. After having spent $8.29 on shipping for a $12 dress, it is not reasonable to pay for more shipping when the item was not accurately described. I would not have made the purchase if I had known that the dress had stains.
