    The item was fine but I needed to return it because I could not use the rolater. I hadn’t even taken it out of the box. They said I had to pay shipping to return it. Ok… but then they offered me $2.00 to just keep it. The item was $11.00. I countered with 5.00. They said no, just return it. Because the item was only 11.00 and shipping would cost me 5.00 +, I said the $2.00 would be fine. They said no, just return it (on my dime of course). I thought their “customer service” was lacking
