Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund. Very helpful and if I needed a case I would purchase from BagMagic again.

They admitted they'd not read it, however the message bit serves a purpose for customers and is important, therefore going forwards i hope they remember to check messages for others. However the packaging was quite damaged as was one of the locking devices on the suitcase. The seller quickly made contact to understand and resolve the problem.
