  The item was said to be in very good condition? When it arrived and i opened the package the front cover and front page had what looked like coffie stains split over it. Sent message to seller. And they gave me a full refund . With no questions asked. Really good seller.

  Excellent Seller! Highly Recommended! Great value for money! My book was dispatched quickly and arrived in good time. Unfortunately, upon close inspection, I discovered that three pages were torn about halfway through. Just my luck to receive a defective copy advertised as "very good". However, the seller responded to my message within two hours, offered his sincere apology, and promptly issued a refund. I truly appreciate the great customer service.   Fast delivery and well packed as always with this seller. Unfortunately the book wasn't in good condition. I sent picture proof and was offered 50% reduction but when I instead requested a full refund, I was given it with no quibble. They also told me to either keep or donate the book. I will be donating it. I was happy with the outcome of this transaction and the sellers were very pleasant throughout. Would be happy to continue purchasing from them. Thank you.
