  This is such a reliable service I can't recommend it highly enough. This is not my first time having the watch battery changed changed here. The service is very fast and efficient and well priced. The coms are excellent and you are always updated on the position of your watch as it goes through the process. Packing is first class as it should be for a watch, no complaints what so ever, very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

  GREEN TWINE 250m (listing now states 100m) only received 50m. Seller blamed manufacturer. Offered £1.00 discount. I said I’d rather have the remainder of my order. He suggested I burn it, film it and send him the video, then he would refund me. ARROGANT. Made me feel I was the one in the wrong. Packaging states 1kg = 600m. Therefore 100g = 60m. I received 86g, which is approx 50m. He’s altered the listing, but only to approx 100m. Returned for refund as not as described.

  I've been listing the Green twine for over 20 years, and yes the manufacturer has reduced the size over time. The buyer paid £1.49 and so I offered a £1 refund and for her to keep the twine, but she wanted to keep the twine and have a full refund. Out of principle I paid the £3.50 return P&P as not to give in to blackmail.

  Get your facts right. I paid £4.48. Twine was £2.49, postage £1.99. All I wanted was what I ordered. You wouldn’t send it. My twine should’ve cost 90p per 50m. With your refund I would be paying £3.48 for 50m! If an item isn’t as described it’s eBay policy to return for a refund, which is what I did.
