    Don't be in a hurry with this one. Took 5 days to ship, maybe that was in the listing, I just missed it? Slow shipping. Initial communication could be better. But answers emails quickly. Packed very well. It was as described, didn't work when received but with a little service, it works great now! Good price and value. Overall good transaction.

    Item physical condition was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it did not work to control any of my Tivo's. It turned out there was no IR output. This happens with used items that are difficult to test. When I informed the seller, they immediately refunded the complete amount. I was extremely impressed by the seller's responsiveness. You could not ask for more. I would highly recommend this seller as they are obviously honest and show great concern about their customers satisfaction.

    Loved how clear the seller was, I was also really happy that she responded to my questions, and wasn’t afraid to give detail. I was happiest that she responded to a question I had about shipping. Speaking of shipping I was a little confused that she used USPS, but hey, whatever’s good I’m good with. Now for the products! Exactly as described, there was a little chipping on the Vinyl Cover but not at all enough to notice. I’m exited to see what I can do with them, and will continue to watch.
