  Don't be in a hurry with this one. Took 5 days to ship, maybe that was in the listing, I just missed it? Slow shipping. Initial communication could be better. But answers emails quickly.   Item physical condition was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it did not work to control any of my Tivo's. It turned out there was no IR output. This happens with used items that are difficult to test. When I informed the seller, they immediately refunded the complete amount. I was extremely impressed by the seller's responsiveness. You could not ask for more. I would highly recommend this seller as they are obviously honest and show great concern about their customers satisfaction.
