  The item that I received was not the item that was listed. It came in the correct box and casing with the wrong item inside of it. Contacted the buyer, asked for the correct item or a partial refund. Buy said they would check their inventory for the correct item which I asked for as well. After discussing a partial refund or the correct item the seller has stopped responding. I saw a similar comment in the feedback after making this purchase.

  The "a" and "g" keys were askew and sticky. Idk if it was slightly damaged in transit, but regardless. And $21 for shipping, especially if it caused damage, seems like a lot. But overall, a good experience. Oh, and the seller was quick to respond.

  Seller sent the wrong product and refused to take it back. Sent a Bosch monitor and advertised a Interlogix monitor with way higher value. Refused our return request. BAIT AND SWITCH
