    I placed an order for 3 units of this product with free shipping and paid the total immediately. The seller sent me only 1 unit. When I contacted the seller to request the other 2 units, the seller sent me a partial refund of much less than 2/3 of the total I paid. When I asked the seller to refund the full 2/3 of the price I paid for all 3 units, I was told that they kept the rest to cover shipping costs. Then the seller stopped responding to my messages. Very bad experience!
