  When item arrived with multiple damages to the board which was not sold open box I questioned the seller and they said they did not realize it had flaws… there is a deep crack that goes all the way through to the other side at one end, and dents splintered on one side. And also the ends in the advertised product are smooth but this one is notched for handles. They offered a partial refund or a return label but never followed through, then stopped replying to my messages, very unprofessional.

  Buyer contacted me and said that the cutting board didn't look exactly like the picture, (the wood grain was different than the stock picture). I explained that each piece is not from the same tree, and I offered a return option. The buyer said it was already gifted and they just wanted money back. When I refused they said it was damaged. I offered the partial refund. No reply until weeks later.I asked them to please just return for a full refund.Buyer threatened bad feedback which is what Igot
