  Item description was new in open box. I received the box with a full bag of parts missing. Description said no returns, but eBay doesn’t allow that exactly. They were required to allow a return and refund. But it definitely feels like they were trying to cheat someone. I paid $140 with shipping and tax for an incomplete item. Absolute scam.
