    I ordered 4 solar panels but only received 2. After I contacted the seller about possibly sending the other half, but they issued me a 50% refund instead. I'm just happy they rectified the issue. Now onto the quality/performance.... It's only been 24hrs since installation, and both cameras are currently charging. I did have a message on 1 camera saying "battery not charging because it wasn't connected to an authorized Arlo product", but it's still actually charging.

    Item was as described, the only issue I had was with the delivery. I had the parcel addressed to a parcel locker, as I was unaware that it was being sent by courier. Luckily, I was following the tracking and found which courier had my parcel, so I could notify them of my address details.

    I Ordered the 4 pack of Solar for my Cameras. They charge me for the 4 pack. When the sent it I only got 2 solar pack. I reach out to the seller and they said the would refund me for the 2pack. several days went buy and nothing. I keep E mailing them with no reply. Made a complaint with E bay. They were able to get my Refund. I will never buy from this seller again

    Stay away from this seller, unless you want to waste time. I ordered a birthday present from them and allowed a couple of extra days from their delivery date and 3 days after the arrival date and they still haven't sent the item. Communication from them is very poor, seems like they don't care
