    Laptop better than described -- used but arrived fast and "like new". Everything works fine (including battery). The Windows license keys were already registered with Microsoft thus I was able to upgrade the laptop from Windows 10 PRO to Windows 11 PRO with no issues. Excellent communication with seller. Fast shipping and very well packaged. Good price for the quality of the laptop. Excellent Ebay seller and I would definitely purchase from them again.

    Best price. Quick shipping. Great packing. It was in a box that had originally had a bread box in it and I panicked because that wasn't what I had ordered. Once opened I discovered why. It was packed more secure than Ft. Knox. Great transaction all around.

    The seller was A+++++. The item came dead on arrival. Their communication was awesome, they arranged the return and ultimately issued a refund. It wasn’t their fault that the item was defective.
