  The item was as described in the box, unused. I have been using it for a week It is a lot of fun and works great for getting around the college campus where I work. There are boards with more power and battery life out there, but this was a great value and exceeded my expectations of quality and ride comfort. Shipping was delayed 2 days due to weather and fires I don't blame the seller for that.
